Caution don't download anything from his links if some one already downloaded I rec u to check exclusions list on defender if u care about ur data in ur pc. I think it's from that cmd/ tweek tool what ever so many viruses I had to format my pc lol

Reinstall vanguard, out of many causes vanguard can also cause this bsod coz this is caused when an program tries to (or accidentally) access memory blocks without proper access, or maybe make vgc.exe admin only frm file settings and then put it to startup, it may ask for admin confirmation every boot but ig that would solve the prblm :)
