New methods to Fix Stuttering, High CPU Usage or GPU Usage suddenly drops to 0 and how to Boost FPS!
Just follow all the methods in this video and you will get better performance! no stuttering anymore or less stuttering! no high CPU usage anymore!! FPS increased!! More stable gameplay!!
Important:
- This methods may not work on some online games with anti cheat system (it will blocked the access for the last step)
if you get "access denied" on BES. it mean your game blocked the access (can't do anything about it for now)
- if you couldn't find your game on the last step. Just try to run BES with administrator and click on list all (it should work now)
-the last step is kinda dangerous for your online game account. For some reasons it detected as a cheat app idk why.
- no need to buy pro version of Bitsum App.. Just skip the Bitsum dynamic boost part
Preparation!!
1. You have to download two apps! the apps and how to download. is already in this video!!
Note: we need to buy the full version of ParkControl app for now if we want to use Bitsum dynamic boost! But don't worry. Just skip the Bitsum part if you don't want to buy! It still worked somehow
2. You have to Charge your Laptop while playing the game!
3. You must have at least Nvidia or AMD Radeon GPU! for Integrated GPU like intel HD or Radeon Vega series, this tips may not working properly! But you can still try it

I have been going crazy for days.... I was stuttering in every game with a freaking RTX 2060 and i7... I tried everything! To be fair I was an idiot not trying to figure out why my stuttering was happening. A friend of mine suggested to enable graphs on my after burner to see which graphs shows sudden dips when the stuttering occurs. It turned out it was the GPU usage and hence I was directed to this video. The settings worked like a charm! I was ready to throw away my pc in garbage and pick up candy crush for life! YOU SAVED ME! Thank you! So Much! Earned yourself a Sub as well! But most importantly lots of respect and good vibes! :D

@@flaviohenrique2265 Hey Buddy the changes did work but did not completely fix the issue. I had a lot of back and forth but at the end what worked for me was a complete clean window installation. I did a clean window installation and it fixed my all my stuttering issues.

Well if you often install a cracked game.. Sometimes it may contain malware and that will decrease your laptop performance, so yes you need to clean it!!

@@EntryLevelGaming no actually I didn't install a cracked game. But I also used malware bytes to clean out my windows. I don't what exactly was wrong with it, a lenovo support guy told me to do a clean installation of windows and it did work. : )

Thank you my PC was stuttering so much! I was playing Jedi Fallen Order and hab like 80 fps but every 10 Seconds it dropped to 2. Now it runs at almost 100 without stuttering 🙏 I can’t thank you enough

Genuienly can't thank you enough. I was using one core and little did I know that I had 12... so even I used all the cores the gamplay was amazing. I could go to ultra on everything and the frame would be well above 60. Thank you so much!!

You the only video that helped for star citizen! Used everything but decided to skip using BES and there is not a single stutter! Try to use compatibility settings with the game launcher and use windows 8 to run it.. Also check out my registry optimization, it may help

The park control worked perfectly for my 12500h with 3060 where no other tip had. Smooth as silk 60fps where it was in the 20s to 50s before enabling. Thanks so much! EDIT: Actually just checked CPU temps and they have really ramped up into the 80s and 90s so will need to do some more messing around to make sure I don't wreck the CPU in order to get what my CPU should be able to easily push in elden ring.

@@EntryLevelGaming what I'm trying now is setting the maximum CPU state to 90% with the park control running as before. That has reduced temps to max 91 with 80 average. I'll try 80% next cos still getting 60fps in elden ring even at 90%, which I should cos it's only this game I have an issue running smoothly.

@@EntryLevelGaming Finally settled on 70% max cpu, which allows Elden Ring to run pretty smoothly bar a few large stutters every now and then, which i presume are caused by the cpu limit. But that limit kept temps well under 90 and the game is now far much better to play than before using park control.

@@EntryLevelGaming I think it's cos I'm playing in Thailand with a partner who doesn't want the AC on the whole time and it's a slim factor laptop. I do elevate the bank of the laptop and run the fans at max but I probably need to get a cooling pad. But primarily I think it's an elden ring issue cos no issues with other games.

Wow nvidia setting really helped me with steam games such as PUBG and Dota 2, where I had problem with cpu usage (100% most of the time which also caused packet loss). I went through so many guides and none of them helped. You are the best!!! Now I get normal 60-70% cpu usage. I already was thinking of upgrading my pc because of that problem. This method using BES to reduce CPU usage will work only for stuttering caused by thermal throttling. It won't work if stuttering is caused by any other issue. But it's quite a useful app. For a desktop PC you might try using it to limit CPU usage of other apps running in the background and keep your game not limited.

If the problem was thermal why after this setting temp increase from 72 to 80 if this is laptop okay no problem, but if this is pc, sure it is dangerous

Thank you. I had stutter issues with Warframe out of nowhere, but your method worked for me until BES, which didn't change anything at all. The rest of it seems to work just fine and it does no longer stutter at all in any situation. Specially joining relays where all the people groups together and lowers my fps. It doesn't drop fps either.

@@ytexpertsj17 and who said otherwise? I pointed out that applying BES didn't make any negative changes to stutter issues, as it has been stated on the tutorial that it is used for fps. But if you want to discuss about it, no, it didn't increase my fps in any instance of the gameplay. So, to sum up, as it didn't make stuttering better or worse, neither changed my average fps in the controlled testing procedures, I didn't make any longer use of it.

@@EntryLevelGaming Does anyone else see the core usage drop to 50s % and 60s % area, with a card like a Sapphire 6700 XT? Games I play are X-COM 2, Doom2016, Assetto Corsa Competezione, but X-COM 2 is the worst offender for this. ( and no, the CPU is not working hard. The 5800X never cracks above 35% usage. ) but even in Doom2016, it goes from low- mid 90s core% usage if I"m lucky, and often hits 7% core usage, but never any one % numbers for more than a couple of sends. "Ive had my FPS in X-COM 2 be hovering around 100 in 1440p, at most things max quality, to all the way down to 45 fps. that's when the core drops to 50% usage. ( never exactly 50% just reallyt low numbers ) Especially when there is action going on. afger the action is over it tends to go back up to mid 80s to high 90s again,

Thank you a lot! I was getting stutter with R5 3600 and RX 580 and 16 GB ram. A lot of frametime spikes were hapening in games like Cyberpunk, Witcher 3, Borderlands 3. Especially when i entered new areas and moving mouse. Now they are gone! It is super smooth and frametime graph is like flatlined xD.

Personally speaking. Putting the nvidia power management to "adaptive" is the best for me. Whenever i exit my game, the gpu just goes off and chills itself unlike in max performance, its locked like it will just go hot with no breaks. Core clocks won't go down so ye no rests when on max performance. Idk if its the same with consistent perfprmance tho

This is life savior. Thanks a lot. I was very much tensed that what I will do with my laptop which cannot run game easily...but with nvidea settings and processor settings things are perfect now. I did not apply the last one because i dont have CPU issue. Only issue was nvidea was not running above 60%. Now it is fixed. Thanks again.

Okay, so you can try all of this. But see if this works for you, it worked for me big time. All the stuttering issues that I had were all gone after this. Go to settings and then search background apps and turn off all the background apps. This will help with the frequent disk usage spikes with a hdd.

This guy did witchcraft on my laptop, which, with the skin of his teeth, managed to run ready or not at 20 fps with stutters and severe 10 degree burns; now I can run 145 fps without stutters with maximum realism, thanks to this witch, and I didn’t know witchcraft was that chill. I'm playing Lost ark. I am now getting up to 100fps in game where before i was averaging 50 - 60 fps but I am still getting frame jump where it goes from 100fps down to 65fps than back up. Any ideas please?

Do with your Own risk.. Make sure you make a system restore before doing it.. Press win+R and type msconfig.. Go to advanced boot option and check box the max cpu and max ram (use your max cpu and max ram) then apply and restart.. This will increase your hardware reserved a little bit.. Doing this trick help my windows boot faster and game loading become faster (no guarantee will work for all devices)

A little correction, if you use the slide on Nvidia panel you override the settings you configured previously, so you have to move the slide before, and keep the custom selected. Btw I use all you show in the video and more, like intelligent standby list cleaner and other stuff, but never heard of shirase, I'm gonna try it to see if it works 🙂

very interesting! i already have pack control installed but i will try the other program you suggest as well! very awesome how you boosted the preformence like that! i have a pretty good PC 128GB ram and 5950x but my GPU still needs an upgrade i am only playing with a rx580 i want a 6950 to check out ray tracing! i think rx7900 when that comes out will bottleneck with my CPU so i want the rx6950

@@axxur9687 because i bought my parts on ebay and found deals! i want a rx6950 and a mobo to house my old parts i was planning on having a rx6950 right now but a few things came up and i also need to send 2 HDD in for data recovery! someone also stole over 100K in hard assist from this place so we are forced to move right now, now we need to sell this house and find a house to renovate and try and flip and earn back the money stolen (i found a house that in 3200sq ft for around half the cost of anything in that area i am looking in and all of the other houses are smaller around half the sq ft) i moved in with my mom in oct 2020 after 10 years of being on my own! and since a neighbour stole from us now i am hoping to turn a 100K loss into a million dollar opportunity i figure if this works out it seems like it can be a business opportunity but i really do not really know how this will work out i wanted a rx6950 before china invades taiwan because we all know after that happens you will never be able to get new PC part again this is why i grabbed a crazy CPU what i really didn't need and i got 128GB of ram but i still am rocking a 5 year old GPU i really only start to invest in these parts because i picked up a NVMe last year on GEN 4 speeds and i didn't realize my CPU was only capable of GEN 3 speeds! this is what gave me a drive to upgrade my PC... i would say do not invest in a 5950x i need to run this on power saving mode and under clock the CPU with rygen master! i would actually prefer my old 2700x if it was capable of the GEN 4 speeds but i sadly needed to upgrade to a more power hungry CPU

@@plshelpmeimingreatpain2840 because my mobo supports it! and why not? by 2025 don't you think 128GB will be standard anyways? i can make 96GB ram disks if i like! in 2004 i had over 6GB of ram and that was also considered over kill.... its really called future proofing! at least right now i know i wouldn't need to upgrade my PC tell at least 2035! i think my investment on ram was around $600 so its only the fraction of the price of a GPU

The only fix that worked for me was upgrading to 16gb ram Now I don’t stutter or have FPS drops and my FPS stays steady at 100 to 140

wow this fix actually solved my stuttering problem, thanks a lot man! Didn't get to try BES yet, is it safe for online games? my only concern for BES is getting caught in anti-cheat system and getting banned. And is it okay to change between balanced and high performance in park control while not in gaming time? since I'm afraid if I use 100% gpu all the time it will affect the cores/temperature of it

VR - I play Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty in VR, using a 3080 and a Quest 3. With the in game resolution set to about 3043 x 3043 (or thereabouts) I was getting about 72fps, but severe frame drops in certain areas. I followed this guide to the letter, and it has almost eliminated the frame drops. If you have a similar set up - DISABLE = ASW in the Oculus Debug Tool (impprtant). Very happy, thank you to the video creator. BTW you have to pay for ParkControl if you want Dynamic Boost, which I did, $14 for a life-time license. It was worth it.
