I use my Grandma's recipe that prevents greying of hair. This is 100% Natural, prevents grey hair, and it also improves your hair growth and texture. It's great for your skin too.
I have grown up enjoying gooseberries whenever they were in season. My grandmother used to soak gooseberries in honey and make us eat it everyday. If you have a sweet tooth, you can have this gooseberries soaked in honey instead of reaching out for a sugar-laden sweet. So this is also good to lose weight and keep fit.

You can make the recipe with frozen Amla but the lifetime of that will be short , you have to use this by a week. Leave the Amla outside for a while before using in the recipe

Hi Ivy, The remedies that I have posted in my channel are personally used by me. I use different remedies for my family. We use them alternatively. I like the natural ingredients. Curry leaves oil is excellent for hair growth, and this fermented amla works from inside to fight off the grey hairs
