Thanks for the clear instruction. I cooked porridge earlier today according to this video, with the exception of the rice - I only have sushi rice, so I mix 1/4 sushi rice and 3/4 Thai Jasmine rice. Turned out one of the best porridge I managed so far. Thank you!
