So, using 4 Tbsp of ketchup and skipping the OK sauce would be fine. - At the beginning stir fry shrimp 1.5 mins to 2 mins with high flame then lower the flame. - Buy dead shrimp if you freak out by running shrimp even after being decapitated :)
