They're underrated because their company thinks that Sejeong's popularity is enough to carry the group not knowing that it cannot and is just a band aid solution. They should invest on giving the other members exposure by letting them join variety shows or have CFs but instead, they focus on making Sejeong more popular. They should take notes on how LOONA is being promoted.

MackyOzzy exactly, jellyfish didn't even had the nerve to promote the girls pre debut when mina and sejeong were in ioi like all the other companys with some sense do, they leaned all in sejeong's fame, and look what happened, gugudan is almost two years old and it's not famous in korea or international, sad, and the fandom seems to keep decreasing, their comebacks seems to sell even less averytime

MackyOzzy You speak so naive as if Jelpi is powerful enough to give the group CF and show. Do you know how hard it is for groups outside of the Big 3 to appear on TV show? They need to get invited to be there. Same with CF, drama, or any kind of project. This is why you see Gugudan and lots of groups do vlive when they could. If you don't follow the group, then don't assume any thing. Jelpi has been trying to promote the other members with individual activities and even a sub unit, but people don't care. Tell me how many group get a cosmetic endorsement and many solo activities before debut like LOONA? If Jelpi is that rich, VIXX don't have to face so much mistreatment even till now. Just think for a moment instead of speaking so wildly, ok?
