Because most idv youtubers dont talk and just rely on heavy texts and visuals. Its tiring tbh so having with these stuff to actually explain orally is a life changing.

I'll definitely being one of those Aquariu..I mean Antiquarian that will just spamming her helicopter's mode whenever possible just because I found it cool and badass looking, at least I can enjoy my time kiting or dying with the last remaining tide turner in ultimate style. You can only see a difference when you use it for extended durations. So technically speaking, none. It's far more beneficial to preserve the durability for better use. However if you have enough knowledge in game distances, you can use it for an extended duration to clutch your way to a rocket chair/exist gate/dungeon.
Hahahaha, it's ok. Just go with borrowed time and tide turner (3 ; 6) And use the extra points to get self heal and.. whatever extra perks you think are useful to your play style

No no It's ok! The effects come from accessories. Every character have one or more accessories, each give their skills different effects. Unfortunately tho, the one you see in the video was limited. Only available during an event.
