Most of them are awful though Touhou fits very well because it's songs are longer... But most the stuff I find just sounds like the same song with no creativity or variance. It sounds like someone's trying to just change the instruments ah and that keeps the old feel of the original song

The melody got perhaps a little too "busy" towards the second part, but this is definitely a cover I really was delighted tk hear and didn't know I needed! Thinking about Remilia as a medieval damsel... actually a Western RPG style Touhou game would be legendary if done right.
