The track is Retribution from Undertale Yellow.
It isn't used in-game, I just thought it fit quite well for this and had it on in the background.
Also this has little balance testing put into it at the moment, and I still have to implement a couple of things, as is evident by the footage. That'll be addressed in time.
I figured that Hades' movement could do with some improvements. Felt a bit static compared to the other robots.
Oh, one last thing. To be transparent, this fight is for Fargo's DLC mod, and will be included in Eternity Mode. However, it will also exist standalone once it's ready for release, for those who don't really vibe with Eternity mode all that much.

I've said this before, but Dominic has got to be the best Solo Mod maker for Terraria ever. Doesn't even matter that most of his mods consist of a single to 3 fights (Not including infernum), They're just insatiably incredible.

Actually, this is nice. It goes to show how the two are totally unique to each other. Minecraft has more room for building, creativity and living in a world of your choice and dreams while Terraria follows a more linear combat progression, getting crazier and crazier loot, killing crazier godlike entities. I love both games.

Dom this is so fucking cool I hope you know. Love the Ares concept of devoting all arms to a specific attack and cycling them. The visuals are gorgeous, the attacks look pretty dodge-able and engaging. Just super cool overall. I'll give it a shot when it goes public. Also I'd look into adding a small telegraph for Ares beyblade. Either a small line or something like an asgore telegraph where it tells if Ares goes higher or lower than the player to catch flight/falls. Could be a simple color change during the dash itself to indicate the next as well.

I just watched a masterpiece of art. The twins having far more active cooperation in hounding down the player, ares actually switching out his arsenal and Hades circling the player closer into the blades. Hades was absolutely beautiful, the way it was lashing back and forth when burrowing into the ground. Bravo! (They gonna annihilate my ass in 3s flat.)

This is easily the coolest modded boss fight I’ve seen in terraria, the mechanics actually seem super interesting since you’re absolutely doing more than just running circles around the boss and shooting it, which is what terraria is almost always like. So much to take into account and it looks so fun Idk how it’ll feel to actually play but I have extremely high hopes.

Dude, this rework and the Avatar of Emptiness are the bosses I’m most excited for. The amount of effort put into these fights are absolutely insane. You mentioned that balance is still an issue so I won’t go into that, but everything else screams peak. Edit: Also I heard some talk about this rework being used in Fargo’s Eternity mode along with the standalone mod, is that actually the case? Edit 2: nvm just read the description again and that gave me the answer

Considering it has the lowest health, Thanatos (or “Hades”) should have some decent pierce resistance and maybe some DR on open segments so it’s not so easy to kill. Also it should have a secondary attack when firing its laser (in the final phase). Alternatively, instead of DR, it could close its segments within 2 seconds of taking a set amount of damage.

I recommend adding some shading to the front of Artemis and Apollo so you can see what's happening with having to look at the whole screen, looks greath love the small touches on Ares.

1:16 i feel like the green eye's dash indicator is too bright and eye catching, and the way it looks can cause it to be mistaken for a real projectile i think something more similar to hades' partially transparent red lights at 3:33 would be better

Now the crazy people that would play fargos dlc are going to be in for a ride. Me, I'm one of the crazy people that will do this fight, knowing my odd luck/skill I'll be stuck on a boss before this and then first try this for unknown reasons.
