I've wanted to make this series for a long time. I've planned a lot of ingredients for the root series, but I didn't expect Chinese yam and arrowhead to be the theme of the first episode. Yunnan People love roots as much as they do flowers and fungi. We even believe that all the roots that grow under the soil have a certain medicinal value.
