The bridge and solo are SO F'IN awesome. Armmy could never be replaced. Wish I'd known the band then, but maybe the loss would have been worse. Much love :D
+Gideon DelaCruz The short promo before this video was actually an ad for their tuition videos: they make a lucrative income from just teaching other people how to play like they do!
+Gideon DelaCruz I agree that they are monsters playing their instruments. I actually prefer the efforts in Doll Boxx to this. It fits my style more but still like watching and listening to them play here as well.
Amazing, and I love Armmi! She totally made "Juicy Beats" (the live version with Hana on lead vocals just didn't match it in my opinion). I also love their later stuff with Hana, and Fuki (Doll$Boxx/Lightbringer) is just plain awesome, but I will always have a soft spot (in my alternative music 'heart') for Armmi!
I had already seen how beautiful the young GS were, but didn't fully grasp how breathtaking Armmy is, even if I play Juicy Beast all the time as I think it's an absolute perfect song if there's such a thing...Man had I known her back then I would be totally fluent both in Japanese AND Gacharic Spin...If even Angels help the band make amazing tracks...
It's "Delicious" track 2. I bought the CD, but the track name is in Japanese (which I can't read), so all I can say is "track 2". You can see a live version of this song on the "Delicious" live DVD set (which I also own, but can't understand!)... It sound's like "elevator music" but it's worth listening to the original - this "elevator music" bit is just the chorus of a pretty cool song...
She's in a new band with Eita on guitar. It's called: "Takaeita" ( Armmy's real name is Ashitomi Takae ). You can visit their page to hear some music samples.
+flyingwillounet what??!! she died??!! and i was just missing her because i really really love her rendition of this song. the last time i read about the band was the time that Armmy left because of tumor in her vocal chords.i never knew it was serious. so sad.
