This track hit really hard when I picked up the picture : (
I planned to combine the vocal and the instrumental fully as possible, however there are some 11th notes here and there so I changed them for people with smaller hands, as a result it sounds less impact as well.
In the sheet at measure 7 & 18, if you can't play the G4+C5 right after Ab5, you can play only the C5 as well, it sounds acceptable in my opinion.
