材料 Ingredients:
急凍雞扒 2pc Frozen Boneless Chicken Thigh
蔥段 1pc Spring Onion (chop into small pcs)
薑 few Slice
鹽 1 teaspoon Salt
雞粉 2 teaspoon Chicken Powder
紹興酒 1 tablespoon ShaoXing Cooking Wine
醬 Sauce:
麻辣醬 2 tablespoon Sichuan Mala Sauce
芝麻醬/花生醬 2 teaspoon Seasame Sauce / Peanut Butter
花椒油 數滴 few drops Sichuan Peppercorn Oil (如有麻辣醬可不加 Optional if you have Sichuan Mala Sauce
麻油 數滴 few drops Seasame Oil (可不加 Optional)
糖 1 teaspoon Sugar
生抽 2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
豆豉 數顆 - Fermented Black Bean (沸水浸泡 Soaked in hot water)(可不加 Optional)
蒜蓉 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
陳醋/鎮江醋 1-2 teaspoon Chinese Vinegar
白芝麻 1 teaspoon White Seasame (熟 Cooked)(可不加 Optional)
蔥花 1 tablespoon Chopped Spring Onion(可不加 Optional)
芫茜 some Coriander(可不加 Optional)
