シンガポールに四年間住んでましたが、ヨダレが止まりません！w もう一度食べたいです。個人的には麺が好きなので、ワンタンミーとロウミーがイチオシです。マーラーシャングォの具材は、豆腐？みたいな感じの幅広麺や日本の葛切り（多分、ジャガイモ等のデンプン）みたいな麺を入れるのが好きでした。顔を覚えて貰ったら、もっと辛くしてくれますし、スープタイプも作ってくれました。

ローミーも日本人駐在員からも人気ありますよね！今日はよく伺ってるPeople's Parkの麻辣香鍋を食べに行ってきました🌶️ 毎回一番辛いやつにしてもらってます😆豆腐みたいなのって湯葉のことですかね？私も麻辣に湯葉を入れるのが好きなので今日も入れて食べました！

@@mamamamai さん乾燥湯葉やなくて、ほんとに見た目豆腐みたいなきしめんみたいなの（ややこしくてすいませんw）が美味しいんです😋 まぁ、自分はトマト、セロリ、きくらげ入ればＯＫでしたw ローミーは、カッページプラザ一階、王将の隣りでよく食べました☺️

I am so glad that you added the lime/ calamansi into your Hokkien Mee - enhances the flavor so much! 😋😋😋All your Top 10 are my favourites too - there's comfort food like Yong Tau Foo, there are supper delights like Roti Prata 🤩

Good introduction to SG local food, many varieties, and yummy. I observed many Japanese love SG laksa, prawn mee, etc. Hokkien mee is my favourite. Hawker food tastes good, especially prepared by the local stall owners and not those in the aircond food court, the food are prepared by foreign stall workers.

You make me so hungry. All these are classical singaporean dishes. I will give Han Kee a try. If you like fish soup you should give Angel Horse Teochew Fish Soup a try too. It is near Bugis

You should try Piao Ji too for fish soup, its at the same food centre as Han Ji, in the middle of the 2nd floor.

マーラーは中国料理でシンガポール料理ではありませんが、サンダーティーライスが3番目に好きなのは意外ですね。mamamaichannelさんの動画を見て数か月前に地元なのに人生初めて食べてみましたが、苦手な味でした😅

麻辣は中国料理だったのですね😅　サンダーティーライスはお茶の香りが独特なので好みがハッキリと分かれそうですね💦 今一時帰国中でもうすぐシンガポールへ戻るのですが、麻辣が一番恋しい気分です🤤

You can ask to add fish eggs to the fish soup if you like eating fish eggs. As fresh as their fish slices.

I used to eat soft-shelled turtle hotpot from time to time in Japan, but I have never had soft-shelled turtle soup in Singapore. I will try next time😊

All your recommendations are really solid. Zamzam is amazing for the murtabak :) , for laksa need to ask for more laksa leaf, hokkien mee (i will eat 1/2 without lime, and the other 1/2 with lime)

@@mamamamai if you like the soup yong tao fu, you can try Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu 永祥興豆腐 (at people's park food centre). Really good
