步骤:
1.黑豆加很多水泡一晚,洗净沥干倒入电压力锅;

4.倒入不粘锅中,再加入熟黑芝麻粉和代糖,开始炒,中间加入黄油;
5.最后炒到不粘硅胶铲即可,成品大概470克;
6.开始做月饼 !

Instructions:
Soak the black soybeans in plenty of water overnight, then rinse and drain. Transfer them to an electric pressure cooker.
Add water and a piece of tangerine peel to the pressure cooker. Cook for 30 minutes until the beans are soft and mushy.
Transfer the cooked beans to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the bean paste into a non-stick pan, add the roasted black sesame powder and sweeteners (erythritol and allulose). Start sautéing, and add the butter in the middle of the process.
Continue sautéing until the mixture no longer sticks to the silicone spatula. The final product should weigh approximately 470 grams.
Now, you can start making mooncakes!
