A day of daylight in the UK summertime is equivalent to two in the winter days’. The warm summertime is more pleasant to move around too! ... Rather saying the UK restaurants are expensive, in reality is because you used to the good values offering in the restaurants in HK and Asia. Be honest, when 20% VAT, staff costs and their associated benefits rent… all added up, representing the true cost of operating an eatery in the Western world…. More importantly is the heart and soul, that how much the restaurants are offering to their diners and customers!
