Would be fitting for some kind of anime, game (that is not a shmup) or any other media that would depict the lunar capital in a more contemplative (and maybe not frozen) way than LOLK. I would actually love to hear this in an anime adaptation of Silent Sinner in Blue.
Hm, I'm getting deja vu from this comment, I feel like I have answered it before But anyway, frozen capital has more of a calm feeling, while capital flowers just bashes. I think I prefer frozen capital
