【氣候信息披露的準備策略及重要性】
團結香港基金（基金會）於5月13日與香港綠色金融協會（HKGFA）及CDP合作，舉辦了一場專門針對上市公司、企業和可持續發展市場服務供應商的研討會。本研討會旨在協助上市公司理解香港交易所即將於2025年1月1日實施的國際可持續準則理事會（ISSB）氣候信息披露要求，從而確保企業能充分準備和適應監管變動。
由基金會副總裁兼研究部聯席主管、香港綠色金融協會副總裁及執行委員會成員水志偉擔任主持人的座談環節中，邀請了四位嘉賓就氣候信息披露發表意見及建議，包括：香港交易所上市科政策及秘書服務高級副總裁李婉愉女士、普華永道中國合夥人金以文女士、Ms Casey Ho, Vice President, Strategy & Business Transformation, Shangri-La Group及沛然環保主席及執行董事郭美珩女士。

【Preparing Strategies and Importance of Climate Disclosure】
On 13th May, Our Hong Kong Foundation partnered with the Hong Kong Green Finance Association (HKGFA) and the CDP to host a workshop specifically tailored for listed companies, corporate entities, and sustainability market service providers. The workshop was designed with the objective to align the operations of listed companies with the imminent International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) climate disclosure requirements, which will be effective from 1 January 2025, set forth by HKEX. This initiative has been integral in boosting corporate preparedness for upcoming regulatory shifts.
In the panel discussion hosted by Mr Kenny Shui, Vice President and Co-Head of Research, OHKF, and Vice President and Corporate Workstream Leader, HKGFA, four guests were invited to share their opinions and suggestions on climate disclosure. The guests included Ms Kelly Lee, Senior Vice President, Policy and Secretariat Services, Listing Division, Hong Kong Exchanges; Ms Yvonne Kam, Partner of PwC China; Ms Casey Ho, Vice President, Strategy & Business Transformation of Shangri-La Group; and Ms Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group Limited.
