我們常常被自己口中的「不」打敗，常常因為對自己不夠自信、覺得這機會並不屬於我、想著這還不是時候，就是這樣我們就繼續留在自己的舒適圈等著那個更好的自己有朝一日終於出現的時候，機會也剛好來到面前⋯⋯ 有人說，沒有酒店管理的文憑沒有可能跳入酒店管理，就好比也會有人認為只有有機場管理經驗的人才能做機場營運管理一樣。誰不是從沒有經驗開始的呢？機會倘若來臨是天大的運氣，但擁抱這個機會與否在乎的是自己本身有沒有踏出迎接機會的第一步。
這一集就來聽聽前空中服務員如何在逆市中跳出舒適圈，轉到機場營運管理中繼續衝上雲霄。特別嘉賓將會跟我們分享一下她在求職中的面試心得、背著前空姐身分的優勢、在新工作中好與壞的點滴。
We are always defeated by our own thoughts: I am NOT good enough, this opportunity is NOT for me, it’s NOT the time yet, etc. We stay in our comfort zone and dream about our better selves take us to a better opportunity, one day or someday. Some people say it’s impossible to get into the hotel industry without a Hospitality Management Certificate, and they would probably say it’s impossible to get in the airport operations with no experience in aviation management too. However, who is born with that knowledge and experience? It’s indeed up to your luck to have an opportunity, but it’s definitely up to YOU to step out and embrace that opportunity!
On this video, let's hear how did a former flight attendant switch gears to airport operations under this unprecedented time. Our special guest is going to share her tips on acing job interviews, her advantages to a job offer as a former flight attendant, and her stories on the new job.

Lucky u can find a job related as for me have been laid off from swissport ground handle since March all my medical benefits gone but at least I find a part time job that work at a store hope this covd 19 will end soon and can go back work at airport soon

@@MMTBs to be honest I miss airport a lot especially aircraft Sometime the meals too. But now covd 19 if go back to work probably will not take airline catering any more Have u ever fly to YYZ or YVR when u as a cxcrew

We don’t operate Canada flights, but some crew got called to operate JFK-YYZ before when Canada base called out. I have been to Toronto a few times myself, and I like it a lot. Haha... I hope we will all be back up in the sky soon! Cause I do miss traveling a lot! - by mandy

@@user-hq8hx1tz2d 同面對其他乘客有緊急醫療狀況一樣，會同時係飛機既乘客度搵有冇醫療人員可以幫手，然後會打電話俾空中醫生電腦睇症，如有必要，當然都會轉飛或緊急降落啦。空中服務員都係人黎嫁嘛～咁如果唔係咁大件事既話，亦可以inflight off duty，咁其他人就會cover 你既zone，不過通常如果唔係要暈，我諗多數crew 返左工就會撐完班機，好敬業嫁！ - By Michelle ;).

Emergency management =/ emergency response , your Chinese - English not matching. "Benefits" might be better to use "advantages" as more appropriate to the context. (Why not just speak in plain Cantonese?). Thanx for the videos. Keep it up.
