京葱豬扒
材料:
📌豬扒兩塊(切去肥肉備用)
📌洋葱一個切絲
📌京葱一扎 切段
豬扒醃料:
📌生抽適量
📌糖適量
📌生粉少許
📌水少許
汁料:(拌匀在一個小碗中)
📌茄汁2湯匙
📌喼汁數滴
📌糖兩茶匙
📌水適量
其餘汁料:
📌白醋少許
📌老抽少許
📌黑胡椒粉少許
做法:
1. 把豬扒醃料放入豬扒中,拌勻,再用刀尖刺豬扒2面,放在一邊醃十五分鐘.
2. 把肥肉放入鑊中,煎至油出,盛出油渣,轉小火,放入豬扒煎熟,最後用大火煎香,盛起在一旁.
3. 放入洋葱炒香,加入汁料拌匀,再放回猪扒,及其餘汁料,慢火煮一會.
4. 把猪扒放在碟中,加入京葱炒香,放在猪扒上便完成.
Pork Chop with Scallions
Ingredients:
📌Pork chop - 2 (cut the fat out and set aside)
📌Onion - 1 shredded
📌Scallions - 1 small bundle - chopped
Pork chop marinate:
📌Light soya sauce - some
📌Sugar - some
📌Cornstarch - some
📌Water - some
Sauce :( mix all in a small bowl)
📌Ketchup - 2 tbsp
📌Worcester sauce - few drops
📌Sugar - 2 tsp
📌Water - fill up the bowl
Extra sauce:
📌White vinegar - some
📌Dark soya sauce - few drops
📌Black pepper powder - a little bit
Method:
1. Marinate the pork chops with the pork chop marinade. Prick both sides of the pork chops with the tip of a knife. Set aside for about 15 minutes.
2. Use the fat to heat up the skillet until all oils come out. Discard the fat. Turn the heat lower to fry both sides of the pork chops. When the pork chops is cooked, fry it in high heat for a short time. Take it out and put it aside.
3. Stir fry the shredded onions for awhile. Then add the sauce, stir fry well. Add back the pork chops and the extra sauce. Cover and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Take out the pork chops and put in a serving plate.
5. Stir fry the scallions with the onions for a short time and pour it over the pork chops and serve.

材料
📌韓國年糕
📌梅頭豬肉
📌雪菜
📌毛豆
📌紅椒
📌蔥頭
📌薑
調味料
📌鼓油
📌糖
📌豆粉
📌水少許
做法
(1)雪菜用鹽水浸去鹹味後清洗
(2)豬肉切片與調味料拌勻待用
(3)爆香蔥頭,薑,落雪菜加多些油炒透,放豬肉片略炒加毛豆炒勻,順序落鼓油,糖,胡椒粉,各少許炒勻,加年糕,適量水,蓋上鑊蓋煮至年榚軟身
(4)開蓋加少許香油,紅椒再煮一會
(5)最後用生粉水埋獻

📌Edamame
📌Red pepper
📌shallots
📌Ginger
seasoning
📌soy sauce
📌Sugar
📌Bean flour
📌A little water
Step
(1) Soak the salty pickles in salt water to remove the saltiness and then wash them
(2) Mix the pork slices and seasonings evenly and set aside
(3) Saute shallots ginger, and salty pickles Add more oil and stir-fry thoroughly. Add pork slices and stir-fry briefly. Add edamame and stir-fry evenly. Add soy sauce, sugar, and pepper in order. Stir-fry a little each. Add rice cakes, a little water, Cover the wok and cook until the rice cakes is tender.
(4) Open the lid, add a little sesame oil, and cook the red pepper for a while.
(5) Finally, cook it with cornstarch water until thick juice

材料:
📌 芒果粒
做法:
1. 芒果粒先放進冰箱雪硬。
2. 雪硬後取出,放進攪拌機內攪成芒果蓉,造成芒果雪芭,之後轉放在杯子上,即成。

Ingredients:
📌 Mango dices
Method:
1. Put the mango dices in the freezer.
2. When freezed, take it out, put it into a blender to blend it into mango paste to become mango sorbet, then transfer it to a serving cup and serve.
