材料：
生虾800
红辣椒100克搅成糊状
姜30克切碎
洋蔥頭1個切碎
蒜瓣5个切碎
青葱2棵切段
調味料：
酱油1汤匙
鸡精粉1茶匙
番茄酱5汤匙
糖1汤匙半
水600毫升
马铃薯粉半汤匙勾芡
鸡蛋1-2个打散
Ingredients:
800g fresh shrimp
100g red chili peppers, pureed
30g ginger, chopped
1 onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, chopped
2 scallions, cut into sections
Seasonings:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
600ml water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water for thickening
1-2 eggs, beaten
