Is there any chance to get English subtitles please for a wider world audience? I still love my JDM cars & it's good to see classic Japanese cars driven by enthusiasts. The Mad Max car is a 1974 Ford Australia XB Falcon 2 door 352 cid. The engines at the time available were 3.3, 4.1 Litre straight 6 & the 5.0, 5.8 Litre Geelong Cleveland V8's. The Weiand 6-71 supercharger on the original Mad Max car was only a prop & never worked. The one shown here has to be the cleanest replicas I've seen & I'm glad the owner appreciates a good Aussie built car & a famous one in the Mad Max franchise. There are a few Australian built cars in Japan. I know of 2 Holden utes there but the most interesting Holden car that was sold in Japan is the 1975 Mazda Roadpacer AP based of the Holden HJ Kingswood. It was fitted with a 13b rotary engine. I know most were run by Japanese government departments at the time & were later crushed after use, but there are a few around if you look. I'm sure if you search for Australian built Holdens & Fords on RU-vid, you'll see a number of different vehicles. I've owned various JDM cars over the years (mainly the classic Nissan-Datsun) & 20 years ago I helped a friend build a Datsun 1600 from the ground up with a RB30ET that was a pocket rocket. I'm currently going through NOB's channel for his content. Cheers.
Ok, I get it that it is a replica, but it bugs me that the blower isn't connected, I a keeping listening for the whine of the SC in the rolling shots, Awesome car, you can tell NOB is a bit intimidated by how it drives lol, would love to see him to do a TA in this
