吉隆坡茨廠街是老華僑聚集地,除了一眾老字門號,其實還有很多隱世高手。大威哥和細威哥三代都在茨廠街經營飯檔,得阿爺傳授一手好廚藝,炒出鑊氣十足的古早味粵菜,附近街坊無人不識。飯檔位處巷子裡,沒人帶路也真不好找。威哥的咕嚕肉更是必點菜式。我們一齊來一次色香味之旅!

亞世飯檔。在茨廠街一條簡陋的後巷,係檔低調,出名的老牌飯檔。這飯檔實在已登6O年多,這幾十年來,亞世飯檔的食物,吸引到很多各方層面人士幫襯,係檔不可多得的飯檔。上一代拼博,延續下一代傳承,係見少買少的老牌飯檔👍。鑊氣一流,出名的拿手小菜,家常便飯,古早味道,食物新鮮,價錢實惠。係值得去吃的飯檔,吃這檔飯,一定要等得和唔怕熱,這就係買點😅多謝拍檔2人的好介紹👍👍👍😋😋😋🤩

即普通又美味,咕噜肉一向也是我的心头好!不过做得好吃的饭店却不多。在KL生活的十多二十年间,不记得有否光顾过亚细饭档,但坐落于柔佛丰盛港(Mersing)的乐园餐厅,它的咕噜肉也是一绝,是我在本国吃过最好的一家。古早味的粤菜配上上世纪初的中式风格店面,很讓人回味!

The Chan choy ham dan soup is very common in Malaysia in our younger days. Yes this Sai Kee dishes reminds me of my younger days in 70s

Its amazing KL have more traditional style Hong Kong style food than Hong Kong. Its charming that the stall has been going for 50 years, bring back some of the family food charm, which is lost in Hong Kong.

以前吉隆坡的咕嚕肉都是那樣先炸後炒的。 新的那種為了省點時間,把上了薯粉的豬肉和茄汁一起炒,真的不行。

Thanks for introducing this stall. This is what we normally ordered during our younger days. Wok Hei must be prominent and all goes very well with rice. Price reasonable too especially maintaining the quality. Good choice and thanks again.

You guys didn’t get to try their father cooking, the eldest son cooking is only 80%-85% of his dad skill. My whole family patrons this stall since I was ard 12yr old and today am 54 yet we still patronage it.

Normally Malaysians call rice sets 2 dishes + 1 soup / 3 dishes + 1 soup / 4 dishes + 1 Soup / 5 dishes + 1 soup. We never link feng shui or anything unauspicious but more on family budget or like.

The older generations for example my grandmother and generations before 3 dish, 1 soup on the table it's a must. Younger and future generations of Chinese doesn't care about having 3 dish 1 soup anymore because cooking at home and eating outside doesn't really make a big difference. Cooking at home yes you can save some money but it takes time and effort to prepare. After eat need to clean the dish & the kitchen. So younger generations prefer to eat outside. Order, wait, eat, slap slap backside, pay and leave. Also now we have so many options on what to eat. But can't really compare Malaysian Chinese with Hong Kongers because we have a huge gap in daily living expenses. That's why Malaysian Chinese still afford to spend money on eating outside.

聽到很多飲食業(尤其是小販/中餐)都沒有人接手 真是希望有私人機構可以匹配這些後繼無人的師傅和想入行/接手但不懂從何著手的年輕人。。。讓這些非物質的手藝可以得以傳承

现在年轻人要开吃的都会开冰室,茶餐厅的概念做了。有冷气,环境干净卫生,舒服。再加上一些fusion 菜色和饮料。除非老板自己的下一代或自己人接手,不然要请外人做,通常都是几年后会自己出来做。

亞世飯當,好耐無去過啦,搵日再去試下銻至得! 會長!下次可以去pudu訪問超多人既個間瓦煲雞飯,好似係阿婆傳落俾孫仔,而家都係要日日排長龍既叫「禤記瓦煲雞飯」好有歷史性也都好正炭燒煲仔飯。
