カンジョン（くるみ・アーモンド・カシューナッツ）／강정（호두・아몬드・개슈넛）Kangjeong (walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts)
◾️材料
・お好みのナッツ 300g
（今回はくるみ、アーモンド、カシューナッツを使いました）
・水 100cc
・砂糖 50g
・水飴 50g
・塩 ひとつまみ
・はちみつ（アガペシロップ） 大さじ1
◾️ Ingredients
300 g nuts of your choice
(I used walnuts, almonds, and cashews)
100 c water
50 g sugar
50 g syrup
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of honey (agape syrup)
◾️作り方 How to make
1. 沸騰したお湯でくるみとアーモンドを2〜3分ほど茹でます。（皮の渋みを取ります）
Boil walnuts and almonds in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.
(Remove the astringency from the skins.)
2. ザルにあげてカシューナッツも一緒に流水で数回洗い水気を切ります。
Wash and drain the cashews together in running water several times on a colander.
3. オーブントレイにクッキングシートを敷いて、ナッツが重ならないよう広げておきます。
Place the nuts on a cookie sheet on an oven tray, spreading them out so that they do not overlap.
4. 150度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼きます。
Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 15 minutes.
5. フライパンに水、水あめ、砂糖、塩を入れて1分ほど沸騰させます。
Put the water, syrup, sugar and salt in a frying pan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
6. ナッツを入れて軽く混ぜたら蜂蜜を入れ、混ぜながら水分を飛ばします。
Add the nuts and mix gently, then add the honey and stir to remove the water.
7. シロップが煮詰まったら（ヘラが重くなってきます）火を止め、ザルにあげて残ったシロップを切ります。
When the syrup has reduced to a simmer (a spatula will become heavy), turn off the heat and drain the remaining syrup in a colander.
8. クッキングシートを敷いたトレイにナッツをなるべく重ならないよう広げて置きます。160度のオーブンで10分焼いてからざっくり混ぜ、150度で7〜8分焼きます。
（焼く時間はお使いのオーブンで変わるので、様子を見て調整してください）
Place the nuts on a baking tray lined with a cookie sheet, spreading them out so that they do not overlap as much as possible, bake at 160°C for 10 minutes, stir briefly, then bake at 150°C for 7 to 8 minutes.
(The baking time will vary depending on your oven, so please adjust accordingly.)
9. 触れるくらいに冷めたら、くっついているナッツをバラします。
when cool enough to touch, break apart the nuts that are stuck together.
カンジョン（くるみ・アーモンド・カシューナッツ）の完成です。
The kanjon (walnuts, almonds and cashews) is ready.
