Quality patrol by Japanese, Japanese food in the Philippines - Filipino Japanese Food Honest Review of Japanese food in the Philippines 99 Tonkotsu Ramen
I've tried 99ramen and didn't really expect much. We have the same comment, noodles were ok. Broth was good but the meat not so..... But it's 99 so I guess I'll give it a passing rating. The gyoza wasn't that hot and as you said the garlic taste was quite strong, but again , for the price I'll give it a passing grade. Next time try their other ramen options, much better tasting. And I can say it gives value for your money. But the place is clean, interior was nice and not too noisy so if your not that picky this resto is ok......
Jun glad to see this review! How can you not like Kyu kyu right for 99 pesos 😊 It’s cheap! Been a few times and I always had the ramen plus the chicken teriyaki 💛 It sucks the chicken teriyaki is no longer on the menu. One of the foods I miss in Seattle is chicken teriyaki. It’s hard to find a good one living here in the 🇵🇭 also a good fish n chips 😂 I wonder if you’ve been to Ramen Kuroda? I’m really liking your reviews on Japanese restaurants. It’s helpful for me so when my 🇨🇦nephews (half Japanese/half Pinoy) visit me I know where to take them. Take care 🙏
Thannk you! yeees 99pesos! cheap is always good hahaha yeah I went there today again and look for Chicken teriyaki but they didnt have ittt! I wanted to try hahaha ohhh coool! more more Ramen review video will come! sometimes random Japanese food hahaha Arigatoo for the comment!! hope this would help! : )
Hey Jun! Try the ramen at ipponyari alabang located along daang hari in front of landers alabang. It’s in west parade. Unlike most ramen places here, they also have non tonkotsu broth for a change. Please review this place next!!
