❁ 自療用,如何用:
找一個安靜舒服的地方,可以盤膝而坐 或 躺在床上,調整身體後,可以合上眼睛 或 放鬆眼睛的焦點,靜心聆聽音樂。如果想法太多被分散,沒關係,把注意力重新放在呼吸上,慢慢回到靜心的狀態吧~單純開着音樂放空也是個不錯的選擇喔!
任何時候只要你想清空頭腦,深層放鬆的話,都可以聆聽這段音樂!希望幫到你:)
🎧請注意音量!如果使用耳機的話,建議先調教到50%的音量,然後慢慢調整到最舒服的音量🎚

Finding a quiet place, sitting on the knee or lying on the bed, after adjusting your body to the most comfortable way, close your eyes or gentle your gaze, enjoy the music. It’s ok if you are distracted by any thoughts or noises, simply put your attention back to your breathe, let it go and slowly return to the centre.
