The city of Shkodra is one of the five largest cities in Albania. It is located close to the border with Montenegro. On the shore of the largest lake on the Balkan Peninsula - Lake Skadar. Population 130,000 people. There are three religions represented in the city - Orthodoxy, Catholicism and Islam. On a hill near the city there is an ancient Illyrian fortress - Rozafa.
