Nasu Soboro Donburi
Hello everyone.
I received fresh Nasu (eggplant) from my neighbors,
so I’ll make donburi using it.
Soboro is food stir fried until crumbly, and it’s used to Japanese food often.
Let’s cook together !
Ingredients (For 2~3 person)
・2 eggplant
・200g ground pork
・20g ginger
・2 sticks green onion
・20cc sesame oil
・15g sugar
・20cc sake
・30cc soy sauce
・2~3 bowl rice
・2~3 eggs
Recipe
・Cut the eggplant into 1cm cube.
・Chop the ginger.
・Cut the green onion into 2mm.
・Sesame oil into heated the pan, and stir fry chopped ginger lightly.
・Add ground pork, and stir fry them throughly.
・Add cut eggplant, and stir fry them lightly.
・Add sugar, sake, and soy sauce, stir fry them until the liquid is gone.
・Add 3/4 of cut green onion, stir fry lightly.
・Make fried egg.
・Serve on a plate.
