omg the puella magi madoka magica music i saw the way the eyes were drawn and felt the urge to look it up again and then recognized the music near the end. the song was stuck in my head near the beginning before i even realized it, too. huh.

Well, if you're asking about the anime the opening belongs to, that'd be Puella Magi: Magoka Magica, but if you mean the anime that is being used along with the opening, that's be Axis Powers Hetalia :3.
