Wrote this just now, you're welcome ;) I Love You to Death, written by my (PanTran) At his desk, Germany sat straight as the boards it was built of. His eyes were darker than the view from his windows. Yet it was an old friend. The kind that you don't know why you keep going back to. They don't always lead to the best choices, either. But graced by his always impeccable penmanship, was paperwork. Despite the man Germany was, it seduced him once more away from a good nights sleep. His hands were all over it. On the battlefield and in love, he was faithful forever. But surely his black, ballpoint-pen wouldn't notice for just a moment. Letting the pen drop carelessly onto the desk, he yawned. Germany rubbed his shoulders, muttering under his husky breath something about America. Becuase naturally this weeks edition of international affairs involved America doing something stupid. Just before he could break the mental chains that held him to his work, he felt the whiplash of a familiar voice. " I wanna die!! I really really really wanna die, Germany!!" Italy shrieked as if that was a normal request. As if he was a child at a toy store, he continued this chant. Speechless, Germany clutched at his chest. All he felt was a drop. Before Italy could say anything else, Germany silenced him without a word. He pushed himself aggressively back from the desk, not able to look at him as he stood up. Italy's head shot up from being hung. "what?" Is all that came of it. After slamming his fist down upon the papers, that is all he knew how to say. He hardly knew anything at all right now. "I wanna die!!" repeated Italy. Again, there wasn't calm or joy in his voice. but there still remained a sense of normalcy in his words. This is the same tone he uses when he can't tie his god damn shoelaces. Germany's face peered from around his shoulder, but it quickly returned to formation. "Y-you're suicidal? I.. I.." Germany said, trying to shake like a cowering Italian. "w-wha? n-no!! No, not at all!!!" Italy said softly, tears in his eyes where they surprisingly had been absent. "Does "wanting to die" mean something else in Italian?.. p-please for the love of god let that be true!!" Germany said. He had finally turned to face his closest friend. This time, it was Italy's shoulder that he held. "I've lived for so long!! I've seen and done pretty much everything in the whole entire world!!" Italy said in the usual quick-paced, slow-minded way. Italy covered his face shyly. Germany had seen him cry so many times, he recoiled as he realized this may as well just be another one. "g-go on.. I'm listening" Germany attempted to sound comforting. "b..but... I know that Grandpa is on the other side!! It's not suicide, if we know there's an afterlife!! You can even see Germania and all the German States!! It can be a party!!!" Italy said with the most half-assed smile he could manage. Italy was better than this, smiling might as well be his resting face. Germany didn't blame him for poorly masking the situation. Mostly because he had no idea what the situation was, or where it was headed. "w-w-we?!! M-Mein Gott, what are you-" Germany pushed back from Italy just a bit. "I want us to die!! Not just me, but you!! I want you to die!! And I don't mean that in a super super harsh way like I lov-.. L-like you!! A lot!! " Germany sighed and sat them both down on the side of his bed. "It sure doesn't sound like it. Why would I want to die? Why do *you* want to die?" Germany said in a surprisingly calm voice. He's been through a lot of Italy's shenanigans. This was new, but it's hard for him to get angry. How could he when by this point he knows Italy inside and out? Something this drastic was worth being patient. After all, Italy was worth more to Germany than either of them knew. "This life has been so long and difficult! there are so much stress and violence and yucky stuff, bad guys everywhere I turn!! I've also seen it all andn done it all, everything in the whole entire world!!" Italy said. His hand rested on Germany's chest. The heartbeat he felt inside was enough to make him cry. "Y-yes, that's partially true. But you are the most energetic and happy guy I know, surely we'll always find more fun things to do." Germany said. He was never good at consoling people, let alone, consoling someone who has just wished him death. "It's going to be ok. That's no reason to-" Germany was cut off as he was suddenly shoved back onto the bed. When he lifted his head, he saw Italy sitting with his knees to his beating chest. he was crying deeply. "Don't tell me you don't feel the exact same way, Germany!! I know you do!!" Italy said. "I, in fact, do not want to die!! Italy there are a number of resources and supports that can help you through these kinds of things... I'm not very good at comforting, if I'm being honest." Germany reached out a hand to Italy, but reluctantly pulled away and sat where he was pushed. "No no no!! You've got it all wrong!! You know how stupid our bosses are!! They are the killers of love and hopes and dreams!! I'm surprised we can even be friends!!!" Italy said, his hands waving around through the thick, tense air between them. "A-are you referring to their policy on professional, political relationships between nations?... and how they must remain as such?" Germany asked. He felt the picture becoming clearer, though like comparing vodka to water. "I-in heaven, with Grandpa Rome and Germania, there are no limits on love!! The sky isn't even the limit, considering that heaven is sort of in the sky itself. But do you see what I mean??" Italy tried to sell Germany on the idea. Germany, of course, wasn't buying it. "W-we have an amazing friendship, i-if that's what you're referring to." Suddenly, Germany's face felt hot. Was this some twisted confession? A joke? "Exactly!! That's exactly it!! If we were human, admit it Germany, we'd probably be a really cute gay couple with our three dogs and adopted mixed race child!! I'm not saying that I'm in love with you... but..." Italy was trying to rationalize this proposed suicide pact. Hw was trying to find any y out of these feelings he'd found himself in. But at the same time, he only wanted to drive them deeper. Germany could only say silent words. The kind that exists in his head, but never finds its way to Italy. Becuase usually, it was Italy and Italy alone that managed to make him speechless. No matter how confident he seemed, Italy would always have this over him. "I know I'm a silly, carefree man!!! I really do!! but romance and passion and all that beautiful stuff, well, I don't take it lightly!! And no matter... " Italy took a deep breath. "no matter how much I'd like to try being in a romantic relationship with you because the more I think about it the more it makes sense even though I'm a ladies man who's never been with another man in my life ...." Italy paused, catching his breath as he felt so deflated. So desperate. "You would never disobey orders from your boss!! Never ever ever!! Especially for something so indulgent and risque!!" Italy crawled over to Germany as he said this, returning his hand to his quickly moving chest. Germany had loved and wanted Italy for as long as he'd known him. Though, he hadn't always known. It was probably around the start of world war 2 when they became allies. Regardless, he had just been issued a challenge he was more than willing to face. "you have no idea what I'm capable of when it comes to you. I'm an idiot who will put us both in danger because of a simple GPS, you don't think I would put us both in danger for this?...." Germany said, not once blinking as he stared into Italy's rare open eyes. "b-but we wouldn't have to be in danger in heaven!! We could have this so easily...." Italy still spirled down a path of nonsensical words. And like every single day of thir supposedly boring lives, Germany was there to save him. Reluctantly, not exactly being a man of passion, Germany kissed Italy. By the time he met his lips, he felt a smile upon them. Italy's face was wet and he was still sobbing into their embrace. But Germany knew he'd grow to forget this and move onto crying over burnt ravioli. Not to trivialize his feelings, becuase honestly Germany was still deeply unsettled and concerned. But for the moment, he threw caution out the window, over his front yard, and into the cold, midnight wind. "This was the one thing I hadn't seen or done yet, Germany... " Italy said softly into Germany's ear. "As I said, I knew we could find new things to do." Germany wrapped his arms around the small, crying thing in his bed. Bringing it to his chest, he knew he'd protect it even more from this day forward. If they wanted to tell him Italy was not allowed to love who and how he wanted, they were going to be sorely disappointed. Maybe this was foolish. But he was sleepy, tired, and just finished a mountain of paperwork. He had to right to be a bit foolish right now.

The title is based off of the movie, according to the original producer, but I'm not too sure about the song's lyrics being based off of the movie. :\

@@elizabethramirezthezenshii9691 At first I fought it could be Luciano (Feliciano's 2P) but i'm not sure because normally Luciano as pink eyes and this one as amber eyes like Feliciano and it also can't be Flavio (Lovino's 2P) but has blond hairs so it can't be him either.
