In the Army I was always a mechanic first and a Seargent second. We had an Inspector come by on an aircraft in the hanger and start on a tirade about the tool kit I was using. So I interrupted my work to climb down off the aircraft to explain to him why I wasn't paying him the respect he wanted from the maintenance crew. Then I put him at Parade rest and instructed him to get out of my hanger!!
E7? Sounds like you weren't good enough to be a warrant officer. This story sounds elaborated, as am E-8 before honorable discharge. Also my husband retiring from the Air Force now as an E-7 is laughing at this ridiculous comment.
Rosalin screwed herself by thinking she was royalty and was allowed to hurt or mock those she thought of as lesser. She never expected that it would backfire and led to her being blacklisted. Regardless, it's what she deserves. Being a decent person costs nothing.
So many of these stories just prove how easily people believe they are better than others while knowing absolutely nothing about the people they believe are better than. It really does cost nothing to be a good person and maybe if people learned that, they wouldn’t royally screw their lives haha
For one second I believed they would change a little the formula, seems I was wrong. It would be nice to have someone winning the high hand without being a secret millionaire or related with someone important...
Screenshot, screenshot, screenshot, call the site security or the police, press charges of assault. Throwing plates at someone just for existing is *not* acceptable behavior!
Rosalin acted like a 5 year old delinquent than a proper adult. I can’t believe an adult would be completely capable of throwing a plate at Tina as if it was a weapon of choice.
"Walking across the path of someone" actually IS a problem in some cultures. An insult. Spacial behavior, standing too close, in any direction, etc. is learned behavior. Rosalin is still a menace.
I don't understand why they are eating before the wedding, in the UK we have the wedding then the reception with the food. And surely she was dressed as a bride , even if it wasn't a wedding dress.
It baffles me that people think doing this kind of stuff is going to make them some kind of a hero. It's funny how Rosalin thinks her opinion matters to EVERYBODY when it doesn't mean crap. How did Rasolin get a college degree when she can't understand anything. Every company has security cameras. Manners are MORE valuable than a fancy college degree and ego.
With all the anti blackball that are on the books, yeah, very hard. If you even say something bad to another company about the person, said person could get a major payday. I remember going though the training at work when I moved up the ranks. They told me in no uncertain terms do to those laws was I disclose, unless it was a reason like harming another employee (and only if there was a police report to back it up ) or fraud that was being handed or was handed in court, along with a police report to back it up.
Maybe they should give her a choice to keep her job she has to become the cleaner or be fired. Also if she knew she was going to be fired then she should have been looking for another job so that way she still has work but people in these stories don't think
I only did it because I didn't know who are isn't a good defense in ant case. Especially when you go around telling people do you know who I am, and just believe everyone else is beneath you.
Any case, not ant...... Sorry my chubby arthritic fingers and a hypersensitive tablet, add in autocorrect and I can't correct it without retyping the whole thing. There should be an imogi for oops,
Rosalind saying she is better than all her co-workers should get her fired just for her attitude. And thinking she will "get with" a superior to better her career is hardly a good attitude for an employee. if she is such an excellent worker why would she need to use a relationship with a superior to get promoted?
A quarter of a million dollars. $250.000 But that is already very much. A couple of plates and messing up the floor are not enough for such an amount. The destruction must have been such that normally it wouldn't have been possible to proceed with the wedding there.
I guess in Asia your boss controls ur life at work and home, according to this guy. Damn Sure not where I live. I'll curse my boss out off from work and nothing they can do.
Yup. Parts of Asia have a very poor work ethic in place. Look at Japan's bosses make ridiculous demands and workers follow cause that is how it is socially set up.
If she gets fired, and blacklisted, don't be surprised if she doesn't pay for the mess. But the bride here is definitely on a power trip. You also can't just throw out ridiculously large numbers and think anyone will just pay it, that is going to be a lawsuit and judges are going to need proof of actual expenses.
She's also a terrible head of HR. You don't mention anything about repercussions related to the job, especially in a text thread that can be archived. You also don't text that you are going to use your power to blacklist someone from the industry. If she couldn't help herself and wanted to say something, she should have just said that this violent incident is troubling and HR(not her directly) would have to look into the matter as it may have repercussions for how Rosalin treats her coworkers, or something like that. But yeah, she shouldn't have said anything at all and should have let someone else at the company handle the matter. Rosalin is, without a doubt, a terrible person but the bride has set her company up for some legal trouble there.
This story is all over the place shes new but she knews the bosses number and such but didnt know that she was the head of hr....she knows everything but then didnt know who the bride was...im sp confused
Rosalin should have been taught manners, decency, and respect for others. A child behaves better than you. Maybe you should go back to elementary school and learn basic common sense
Its her narasstic personially disorder, which is going to get worst over time, plus this girl sounds she is jeoulous of other rich people, Op should have said'Jeoulously is a an awful diease, get well real soon.' and after this girl was fired 'Great job, on being stupid, don't come back, Ever again.'
I think I agree with taking things too far. I understand that there are reasonable punishments, but blacklisting someone after they made amends through paying for the messes and such. I think they should have been given a chance to actually see if they truly changed. I believe that the person doing the blacklisting needs to blacklist themselves too for acting a fool as well.
I had to turn my volume down so low that I could only follow the female voices by reading the captions. Had to do this because Ivan came across like he was yelling at the top of his lungs even with the volume turned down.
I think demoting Rosalind to a cleaning lady in the company , while she paid the damages to the Wedding Venue, would have been a fitting punishment, better, than making sure she never worked again. Better Yet Rosalind should move to another State and start over and find work. She could then show honor by sending Her former boss money to pay her damages.
Trying to demote an employee is easier said than done, outside the USA anyway. It can't be done in my company as everybody has a certain (non-military) grade which cannot easily be revoked. That means that if they demote a manager to cleaning lady she still gets the same wages. Firing her before she could pay the damages was really wanting to destroy her and those damages seem exaggerated too, $250.000.
People like Rosalin really do exist and when you are dealing with a high in Wedding Venue their is always going to be Security cameras. This not the old days where you got married at a church and then had the after party in someone's back yard.
9:16 message about having to obey your boss outside of work isn't actually true but u should behave yourself at a Coworkers or bosses wedding or other events
The cleaning company is a subcontractor within my company. If you mess with one of their people you are entitled to a very unfriendly discussion with their boss, the female version of a drill-sergeant.
She explained why. I have known women like that, their house always immaculate, spotlessly clean. Lucky I didn't have to live with them or they with me.
Finished it all now. Goodness. So many grammatical and typing mistakes. And such vengeful people, all of them. And how much time they have for exchanging texts on a wedding day and at a wedding venue. Amazing. And it's always the same - debt and moving in with parents. Find new stories.
I really don’t like that theme of these stories are all the same. The OP has to be the ceo, CEO’s daughter or son. Some highly successful person that is paid a lot. The amount you have your bank account or whether you have college degree from an elite college university is the only reason a one is allowed to have dignity and respect.
Story went on to long immediately after she threw the plate the person the plate was thrown at should've just come out and say thanks now you can leave the venue oh and by the way you don't have a job anymore as I'm your bosses wife
I guess she destroyed more than a plate but not enough to sabotage the wedding. So $250.000 is way exaggerated, damages ranging from $2.500 to $25.000 would be more likely.
