If you’re talking about the money, they can’t do anything. They’re going to say it was marital assets. Especially if she was saving up all that money during the marriage. If they divorce he’s entitled to some of it if not half. But then again with him being a cheater see could sue for the amount he’s legally entitled to. Also it’s his child too. Until there’s a custody decree he can have custody of the child. He’s just as much right to the child as she is…now the child being hit by someone while he has custody would give her temporary physical custody until the court decides who is the more appropriate parent.
