You don't sue someone for what Tammie did. You prosecute them. Extortion, SA, Harassment, Stalking, Extortion or SA alone gets you 20 years minimum in prison

Just like with any SA case, the victim has to report it to the police. If a female victim did what Joe did, nothing, then no one would be going to prison in that case either.

It's got nothing to do with double standards and everyone to do with Joe not reporting it. No victim gets their SA case taken up by the police if they don't actually go and TELL the police about it -- why would this one be an exception?

Tammie is absolutely delulu! She thinks getting someone blackout drunk and demanding he marry her is just plain stupid. With my husband I was supposed to have been a booty call, but we grew fond of each other and got married 8 months later. We're still married, 16 1/2 years later.

Where in the world are middle school class reunions even a thing. I have heard them talked about more than once in these stories and I have never heard of such a thing before. I know about high school class reunions, I have even been to a couple of them, but I have never in my life heard of a middle school class reunion.

Only in SOME Asian countries as far as I know. Certainly not in the US. Heck half of adults in the US didn't even buy yearbooks in middle school & can only name a few classmates from then. I'm 52 & never heard of a middle school reunion until I saw a Kdrama.😂

The sad thing is there are people exactly like this, Joe was really smashed into a rock and a hard place, at least he was able to free himself. The only way I could see that marriage ending with Joe either ending himself or ending the crazed woman who dragged him into such a mess.

So she got him drunk and violated him in sexual misconduct, that comes under sexual assault and rape. Hopefully Tammie faces prison when the lawsuit comes into order. With the added stalking, extortion, defamation and emotional damages.
