So you put another sole on there, not the crepe sole that should be on a desert boot, but a rubber sole. Thanks for showing how it is done. I suppose he original crepe sole is just glued on with a double layer as a heel?

You may try to inquire other cobblers in your country or around the world. Many cobblers nowadays take mail-in orders :-)

They can be done with Blake Rapid method, which I think makes more sense to be used on Wallabees :-)

這種製法雖然簡單但感覺維修上會比較困難,特別是整個鞋面跟內底黏合的步驟,一個沒黏好整個鞋型就跑掉了

Those crepe soles get so nasty very quick. I started buying the bushacre boots because they have a dark rubber sole and they stay clean!

The most awful part of great and iconic boot are those lousy crepe soles, they look awful and trash carpet. I now avoid any shoe or boot with crepe soles.

I got your POV, but there are still people out there loving the natural crepe soles. It is just an issue of taste preference :-)
