Uhm hello, i'm back. Wow. If you are surprised about this video then let me tell you that i am way more surprised than you that i was able to film this lmao.
For those who don't know, i got covid back in december and it gave me lung damage. As a reference, in february i jogged 10m to the bus once and then couldn't breathe properly for the next full week. Same for walking, i couldn't even walk for more than 15 minutes until very recently without feeling like i just strained my lungs beyond repair oooof. Tbh there were actually a lot of moments earlier this year when i considered graduating because it sometimes really didn't seem like it ever got better.
Long story short, it ended up taking a few months but since the middle of march or so i can finally dance again. i'm still not where i was before though and i definitely need more breaks than i'm used to, but the fact that i can even dance a bit again is all that matters to me. Recently i was also able to take a 45 minutes long walk again for the first time since november, so i'm getting there. It's just very very very slow progress.
To give you more of a life-update, i can also say that while everything until march was extremely painful on a mental level, the months that followed were actually one of the happiest months i have ever had!!! For those who don't know: i actually performed at aniMUC alongside Stellaria and Niklas, which is SUCH a big dream come true and was just so, so, so much fun aaaaaaAAAAAAAAA!! i'm going to talk about more of this in a separate video, but for now i just want to say i'm so so so so so glad that i recovered in time before it. We've been planning this performance since last year and i worried about not being able to perform there every single day. i'm so glad. i'm literally so glad i somewhat recovered, holy fuck.
Okay i have talked quite a bit lmao i really missed writing descriptions like this ahahahaha. One last thing i want to say, thank you so so so so much to all of my friends for being so supportive during this time. i know i said this to everybody in person before too, but i literally couldn't have dealt with all of this alone and i will forever be thankful for your patience and encouraging words aaaaaaaaahh UR TRULY THE BEST FRIENDS OF THE ENTIRE WORLD AAAAAA!!!
