hello nami, i struggled with depression all my life and recently i was recommended by the algorithm to come see you again. it made me realize how much I admired you a couple of years ago. now I'm working on getting my life back on track and treating myself better. you have inspired me to be the best version of myself while also being fulfilled with the simple things in life like making hot tea, etc. thank you for sharing your life with me and ppl who also struggle with self love and self care.
Hope you begin feeling better soon x I’ve been in a deep depression before, it’s a horrible, dark and dismal place to be 💛 Don’t let the little blips of life impact you. If you have a rubbish week, let it go and get back on again 😄🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 I love cherry blossom, even if the season has finished 😀💛
Go for it. You can improve your mental health for Sure! I believe in you 🌻 😀 I did psychotherapy and hypnosis and i feel good today. Take care and responsibility for your live, its worth it. Regards chris
As a Greek, I approve 100%! You cooked everything to perfection! You also reminded me of my grandparents who would eat watermelon or melon with feta cheese as a light summer dinner.
As full as my day is every Saturday the time I enjoy the most is with Nami. I love my friends and our adventures but this is my favorite part of every weekend. I am happy when I don't sleep in on a Saturday after a long work week because Nami is always there to comfort me.
in France we eat fêta to make a special salad from greece: tomatoes, oinions, cucumber,Black olives, fêta in cubes, with oliveoil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. the most important...fresh basilic leaves.its a very fresh salad, to eat with grill fish and garlic bread
Two tips after watching this video: When trying to turn over the food in a full skillet that is too loose or fragile to use a spatula, you can put the lid on the pan and flip it over into the lid. Do it again with a large plate on the lid, then put the skillet over the plate and turn it again back into the pan. This works really well with things like big okonomiyaki with lots of toppings. Second: When deep frying thick cutlets fry them twice. First at a little lower temperature cook them until they start to turn golden, then take them out to rest a few minutes. It gives the heat on the outside time to work its way deeper without drying it out. Heat the oil up a little hotter and fry them again until as brown as you like, usually less than forty seconds. This second quick fry gives the crust that extra crispness but it's not long enough to overcook the meat and dry it out.
Hello Nami, thank you for the video. The dish you made on day 3 it is actually one of the most famous dishes hear in my country Greece, i show you used feta, hope you like it. Greetings from Greece.

It's really nice to see you take into consideration the tips and recipes you get in the comments Nami 😌💓 Your dishes always look very appetizing 😋 and I was enchanted by the watermelon feta and mint salad 🍉🌱 I would love to try it! I recently watched Korean dramas too, I literally loved "Hometown Cha Cha Cha", but I also cried like a waterfall for "Crash landing on you" 😂😂😂
Thank you so much Elena😍 I'm excited to know that you're watching a Korean drama! Especially crash landing on you! I also cried like waterfall 🤣 Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha is a drama that I was interested in! Now I have the next fun💛
I love the facts that she watch anime and even the latest of the season, all she cooks looks delicious I always watch her video before shopping for groceries to get inspiration what I will cook that day. Thank you for your hard work Nami we love you and your channel :D
The way you handle your life is admirable. I am prone to bouts of depression and anxiety and your videos are super important to me because they are so peaceful, so practical and most importantly, life-affirmative. Your healthy habits affect me and although we have never met, I want to say thanks for being so sisterly and gentle.
YES, if you don´t have enough iron it is one of the symptoms of being tired. Caffeine and theine also block the absorption of iron, dairy products too! many people don´t know this!
Nami, I admire so very much your cooking skills in such a small area and all the gadgets you use to cook. It's truly amazing. And the food looks wonderful! I love salmon and have learned some new things from watching you prepare it several times.
Thank you Nami for another calming and inspiring video. The variety of meals you cook and eat makes me want to explore different ingredients and combinations. Is there anything you don't like to eat?. Love you showing us the great outdoors especially Yokohama. Take care, stay healthy be happy. Happy Easter. Love London 🙏
My favorite way to eat salmon is in a sandwich! It's very simple and satisfying 😌 Sandwich recipe: Sourdough bread or french baguette Grilled salmon (seasoned to taste) Mashed avocado Sliced tomato Salad greens (of your choice) Aioli (of your choice)
Deine Rezepte sind grandios, jetzt habe ich vom zusehen Hunger bekommen und koche das letzte Rezept mit Nudeln, Tomaten und Schafskäse nach. Danke 🙏🙋🏻♀️😊
Well done Nami for the saganaki! Maybe you wanna try greek bougiourdi with feta, tomatoes and chilli, since you liked the cheese! Have fun always and greetings from Greece!
Bonjour Nami, et merci pour ce bon moment en vidéo. La vue à la fin avec le petit chat j'adore. Beau wkend, prenez soin de vous. Amitiés de Martinique !
You're such a talented food maker I'm captivated when watching you fix your meals I'm going to Yokohama it is a beautiful city thank you again for your videos that brighten my day
What a great idea for a video. I’m impressed with all the different ways you prepared the salmon. In the US Costcos they also sell big pieces of salmon like that and I have to cut them up into pieces and portion them out 😆
When you want to increase your iron intake, I have a few tricks for you (if not, then just ignore). 1.) The spinach isn't the best iron rich food (the myth was created because of a ounctuation mistake). Better foods are lentils, beans and such, nuts, seeds,... 2.) Eat something with vitamin C before or while eating iron rich foods (i.e. orange juice, something with rose hips, bell pepper). This improves the digestion of iron in your body. 3.) Avoid drinking green/black tea or coffee a few hours before your iron rich meal. They decrease the iron digestion. This is knowledge I gathered from my nutritionist training and I can say that it works - I eat plant-based and my iron level is always above average. A good snack would be for example humous with bell pepper and other veggies.
It took me 3 days of watching, but I finally finished this video! Thank you for sharing! I bought a salmon for my dad and wanted see how it can be prepared, since I’ve never prepared fish before (besides canned tuna lol!). This video was super fun to watch and very educational as always. Thank you Nami! From Arizona, US ❤️
That’s so sweet, the cat came right up to you and gave you a head bump…he senses you are a good person! Cats don’t trust many…proof you are a loving, good person!
