I am an Indian living in USA. 3 years back I separated from my long time girlfriend with whom I was living. Living alone was scary but your videos helped me. It’s important that we create small rituals and activities that we do alone or with our pets. They make us understand that we can live alone by ourselves just as fine .
What a lovely thing to write and so true. I know it's a year late but these types of videos helped get out of a mild depression (due to grief and a chronic disease diagnosis) and just take care of the space I live in for myself.. because I can have nice things for myself...it doesn't have to be for anyone else...just a calm meditative environment for me by me. This small reframing in my brain has helped me become more active, look forward to getting out of bed in the morning, and feel more like myself every day.
I really needed this today. A lot of negative has entered my life and my RU-vid feed so it's nice watching something positive that helps center me. The "don't recommend channel" option doesn't work. I don't always want to wake up and see war, famine, shooting in my country. I really appreciate a peaceful start to my day.

Nami on a day off holiday: cleans kitchen, goes for a walk, makes lunch, reorganises wardrobe,does laundry, takes clothes to charity, does meal prep for the week. ME on a day off: gets up eventually, has coffee and cereal, watches RU-vid, snacks all day on bread and biscuits, has a takeaway...gots to bed!
Her channel description says she is just documenting a normal life... is this really normal? This level of calm, being well-organized and - to top it off - AMAZING food (which probably takes hours to make, no?)... is nearly everyone in Japan living like this?

I live alone too and in a small space. I love watching you cook. I use baking soda as well for cleaning my pots. I like to also use salt and lemon for the tough stains. Take care!

I enjoyed spending time with you again. I find your blogs relaxing. Today I read my book Sisters of the Southern Cross by Jean Grainger and ate my lunch...tuna salad. I love the tuna salad I make. My Nana taught me long ago. I live alone during certain life events but now my eldest son and I rented a condo together. 2 bed/1.5 baths with full kitchen. The small backyard has a lovely deck. I am planning my potted plants for summer. I really want vegetable garden but no room. Ah well, I am lucky as I am. Oh, your comment about unexpected conversations are welcome when you live alone...how true. I talk to everyone!!
