It does 100％aoe hp to all enemy his kit is already good enough so this balance character out not to mention theres ld bruh

It gets pretty confusing when there are so many Moogles named Mog in the franchise: the Giant Moogle that Cait Sith rides on; a Moogle partner that traveled with Serah and Noel; one that was best friends with Eiko since birth and traveled with her across Gaia, etc.

Well theres still ld so i dont think you need to worry except ld rate i got broke trying for terra ld but nope what came out were endless dupe and ex especially vanille

They are already struggling on fixing Tidus mechanics problems, they can't do everything at the same time ;-)

Why would he get a burst

@@WiiSage Eventually all should get one.

They already said it's only for main characters and villains, so no. It wouldn't make sense that everyone have one because you can only use one "summon" burst per battle.
