◎Okara Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients/(for 1 15cm round cake pan)
・Pumpkin(seedless with skin)/180g
・Sugar/50g
・1 egg
・Okara/50g
・Baking powder/4g
・Milk/80ml
①Wash pumpkin and remove seeds.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
②Mix with a whisk, mashing the pumpkin.
Add sugar and egg and mix well.
③Add okara and baking powder and mix well until powdery.
Add milk and mix.
④Line a mold with parchment paper, pour in the dough and level the surface.
・Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
・When cool, remove the parchment paper from the mold and finish baking.
