Ingredients (15cm round shape)
・Almond powder/20g
・Cocoa powder/40g
・Sugar/60g
・Salad oil/40g
・Flesh cream/100g
・Eggs/2 eggs
①In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, almond powder, and 30 g sugar.
Mix lightly with a hand mixer (off).
②Add the salad oil, cream and egg yolks and mix on low speed.
③In a separate bowl, make the meringue.
Add 30 g of sugar to the egg whites and mix.
・Add half of the meringue mixture and mix well on low speed.
・Mix with a rubber spatula to cut the mixture so as not to break up the foam.
④Put the paper and dough into the mold.
Drop the dough into the mold several times to release the air.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
After removing the heat, remove the paper and the mold.
