The pugilist world is ruled by the powerful Wen clan, which dominates over the smaller Lan, Jiang, Nie and Jin households. The carefree Wei Wuxian becomes fast friends with the righteous Lan Wangji, and during their adventures, the pair find out that the head of the Wen clan is the evil mastermind behind a series of plots that would wreak havoc upon the lands.
Wei Wuxian’s attempts to protect the innocent members of the Wen clan from unfair persecution leads to disaster, and he goes MIA in the process. Wei Wuxian reappears sixteen years later, and works together with good friend Lan Wangji to solve a series of murder mysteries, eventually finding and defeating the true culprit. Based on the Moxiang Tongxiu's novel Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation.

Everybody's talking about Lan Zhan look at that moment, but .... What do you think about WWX look right after he asked "do you like Mianmian?" It's so intense!!!! And he get so close to Lan Zhan, there is no comfort zone here. Like he was just teasing him. I have the same feeling about the scene when Lan Zhan was drunk and said that he like rabbits. Wei WuXian was teasing him in the morning. That's just my feelings ;)

Ay, in the novel, Wei Ying took off both his and Lan Zhan's outer and inner robe and asked Lan Zhan to take off his trouser, which is why Lan Zhan threw out a lot of blood. I laughed myself off during that scene in the novel. But I also love this scene here.
