Healing a player while they are sitting below 10% (or was it 20%?) of their max HP, you gain about 1/32th of an LB bar. They swap gear pre-pull to lower their HP, and then line up as many heals as possible to snapshot the party on low HP. At a glance they use horoscope + star + helios + emergency tactics and succor (counts as 2 instances), which gives an LB and a bit.
