The thing is PHH Oberon doesn't exist, so he can't be their child, he's saying "i read in a story that i'm Caesar's kid" it's more of a joke than anything
He's lying. Anytime you talk to either one, you need to assume he's either lying (Oberon & Vortigern) or telling half-truths (Vortigern). When he's in his Vortigern ascension, the general consensus among Masters is that he's willing to let slivers of his true thoughts slip through the cracks. . . .Or maybe the Masters are all just down bad for that abyssal mothussy. It's really hard to tell with the Grand Order fandom these days.
I’m starting to understand why Sora Light is so fond of Artoria Caster. She truly is a precious girl, particularly with how much more emotion Ayako Kawasumi puts into her voice. She’s much more expressive than our original Saber sweetheart.

Oberon and the player play it off as just void dust but when I read the profile of the CE itself I cannot take it any other way than the box being Blanca's memorials and the 'void dust' is actually just her ashes.
I was really hoping this year we might get some updates of the year 1 ladies Valentine's events since they were a few lines of dialogue with no responses from the Guda. Ah well.
I think the best thing about Getting given void dust is the knowledge that Ritsuka probably really appreciates it. Which isn’t what Oberon wanted at all
The worst (and probably the best) part about this scene is, if you get the "wrong" choice, he won't give you the CE. I don't know if you waste chocolate for that though.
It gives you back the chocolate you used (at least if its the lock-on (heart shaped) type), I messed up the first time before coming to this video to see why I didn't get the CE. You can re-do it again as well!
somehow seeing his fake cheerful tone when being Oberon makes me pissed off, but harassing him and making him pissed off in his Vortigern form makes me laugh. am I under the "endlessly harassing each other" curse? 😂
That’s just how it is, wouldn’t you be pissed off if someone acts nice just to be polite, especially if it’s someone you see as a friend? Being honest to each other is the most freeing feeling, even if that means picking on each other and being mean, it’s much more fun that way.
@@Saya-ng1sl It is freeing yeah. It's really stifling if you're in a friend group built on saying whatever the other person wants to hear. Some people might like that dynamic but I prefer being honest and messing with friends, as long as it's all in good fun.
I knew Castoria would be part of Oberon's Valentine scene 😊 Hmm, I was hoping this would clear out the theory debate regarding Castoria's True Teacher, the one who taught her Magecraft & trained her in her dreams.
@@ImaybeNormal Implies yes but not confirmed. The Merlin in Castoria's dreams also had Oberon's Pattern of speech rather than Merlins' further hinting at this.
@@soralight_x Did you actually played the entire Lostbelt up to the end? I did though. It was surprisingly a surprised to me that Oberon was the one who taught Castoria about magecraft. He did this by communicating her using the Staff. He has to manually taught himself first before he could passed his knowledge to the little girl what he learned. In which usually tooks 2-3 days. Anyway the point is, Oberon is the Merlin for Castoria in the Fairy Britain Lostbelt. He Pretended to be the mage and he was only doing this as to paved the Child of Prophecy road. But he still did helped Castoria have a leverage in life even that she was treated an outcast in the town she lived before the departure.
@@rogueascendant6611 yeah not just that. in the end when artoria came back, it also partially because of oberon himself because he teaches him to be like a 'nameless king' who doesn't exist at centre of world but at it's edge. like a lighthouse at the farthest end of the world. a sign of hope just by its sheer existance. the starlight that acts as a glimmer of hope. that's sort of king she would be going to become who is capable to take every type of king i.e a terrifying king, a gentle king and a mighty king. that's type of king she ended up and able to aid chaldea against oberon himself.

The black powder is Void's Dust. The true gift is supposed to be the box, but since Oberon is cursed to "always be a liar", he had to pull some bullshit and make you believe that he gifted you some worthless dust.
Pretty sure he's referring to Castoria whom in the early to middle parts of LB 6, talks about how Merlin taught her magecraft which the "Merlin" actually turned out to be Oberon.
He's referring to Arturia Caster saying her magecraft is "Merlin's Magecraft" which is actually the magecraft Oberon taught her pretending to be Merlin, that's why he said who taught her something so useless, what a sham, has Guda answering I have a mirror right in my pocket/who indeed.
i dont know anything about lb6 given i play usa server but this guy is giving me off such Doppio/Diavolo vibes pretty interesting servant,especially goth version hes kinda like jeanne alter personality except tsundere,hes a troll i like it,i like it a lot
Abit late but I think the artist for Oberon drew a scene of what he'd do with the Chocolate. Basically, he chops it all up into small pieces and shares it with all the insect fairies he has with him.
@@fishfood8711 If you google "fgo umino chica oberon valentine", there is a strip panel where it shows Oberon putting the chocolates into a bag, balling it up, then bashing it with a bat to crush it all, the unwrapping it so the insect faeries can enjoy it.
Pretender like him really confused by their own personas. He is a naked king, cannot sees the truth of himself despite posses the fairy eyes. He would mind nothing if he should play double-role tho.
Not really a double personality, but rather "Oberon" is a well-crafted persona, in which he can express out anything he want out of it with none being the wiser, whether it's for good or for bad, or for secretly revealing his true feeling. "Vortigern" meanwhile is himself when he wanted to air out his own edgy feeling, but it's also him as his most tsundere-ness, never wanting to reveal his own emotion (probably out of sheer embarrasment and the fact that anything he said could vanish like a dream), and is generally someone who wear the face of a nihilist to hide his true love for the story. In short, none of his two side are his "real" side, and instead both of them are true, which make up for the entirety of the person known as Oberon Vortigern. The greatest lie he make, is that there is a two side of him at all.
