This class is just too valuable being a perfect class for mixed knight class farming. I cannot tell you how many times i had to fight a lancer boss on an archer heavy node
@@lhv2k kind of proved my point there, at NP2 the damage is higher so you won’t necessarily clear a wave with Oberon at NP1 which is the point I was making
@@Wezt334 Yeah, and as much as I love Oberon he also makes it harder to facecard clear if 1 or especially 2 enemies survive. I luckily got him to NP2 but after 100 more rolls I didn't get any 5 stars... Not that it matters too much since I have him lv.100 and 2k Fou'd, now to decide if I should Grail him further or unlock append skills. Sadly I don't have an MLB Blackgrail, not even Heaven's Feel
I gets ya so hard, I got Waver, Koyan, and now Oberon sitting around waiting for lores, and only Koyan has two 10's at the mo, that's 7 lores just to clean up my Supports to their maximum.
Good thing this set up only requires an append2 lvl1. Otherwise it could be a lot more expensive in tems of QP and lore than it already is for someone with an account with 1 year old
Got NP1 which is just what I need for farming but wanted more to use HIM as the farmer, still got 30sq from logins coming Tuesday so fingers crossed and good luck go everyone still rolling/going to roll Happy edit got a second mothman all is good!
I'm a bit frustrated you see, I've got Oberon (NP2 in fact by nothing short of a miracle pulling session), I've got Black Grail MLB on command and Double Koyanskaya on speed-dial, I've almost got all the pieces of the puzzle ready but there IS one thing keeping from deploying this team: Crystalized Lores, I just don't have any and at the very minimum I need 2 of those for Oberon's 2nd append skill and at least getting his 2nd skill to max in order to get the 50% NP charge, while I'm definitely grateful that I've essentially got all the hard checks out of the way to use this exact setup I'm just a bit distressed how my biggest barrier is one that cannot be currently overcome until NA decides to hold some event where I could realistically go for one (sadly I've already used my anniversary and monthly lores on Koyanskaya's 1st skill)
I am exactly on the same boat. Used the 2 Lores from the shop on Koyan who's currently 10/9/10 and Oberon on 9/9/9 and there's the free SSR also on 9/9/9. If only you could exchange Grails for Lores.
Would this work with NP1 for most situations? I got him somehow within 40 summons, but I REALLY don't fancy risking it all to try and get NP2 when he's mostly a support servant anyways. Just would like the option to use him as the farmer since his NP and lines are so cool.
Oberon usually suffers from low damage numbers unless his OC hits This is a pretty big issue if you don't kill an enemy since he will invuln them, fucking up your setup. Only really recommended for NP2 Oberon or higher.
@@shikiyamahow much damage increase from NP 1 to NP 2? I tried to use BG Oberon but yeah I remembered mine still NP 1 without append 2 unlocked too, its really hard to make him the dps, but I like him haha so if I can I would make him the farmer
@@andreegeraldi1597 quite a lot actually, and also to make him loop with BG consistently, you'd at best need to unlock append 2 for him to work, so yeah
@@andreegeraldi1597 Same with every Buster NPs (other than Salter), going NP1 to NP2 is 300% to 400% multiplier. So it’s a 33% increase for your damage Post-upgrade NP1 is equal to NP2 pre-upgrade, but Oberon is still new so I doubt he will get any SQs soon

1 summon is all it took for me. Perhaps I lie too much recently or something that I somehow attract him. Now I have way more residue quartz yet there isn’t that many interesting servant until next summer
If you turn off "avoid spoiler ascensions" in settings you can use a support edgy oberon, a lotta people dont have edgy oberon yet tho since lb6 just finished
Isn't that just mean you need 2 support with 50% np batteries? Waver, castoria, skadi, reines, etc... Yeah most of them don't have buster buff but mel already stack her own Use black grail for maximum dmg, Mel s3 first turn, the 2 support with 50% batteries 2nd turn, oberon full skill and Mel s1 3rd turn Of course you can replace black grail for 50% batteries ce if you don't have 2 support with batteries, but if you can just use black grail
His spotlight is that he allows all buster servents to loop, even those with only 10% battery, howerver, you need him with koyan to make 90% of those servents to work, and koyan herself is farm specialist servent, i really suggest get them even if you are new, their worth is eternal, they can help you with farming, as for hard content, you could always borrow from sup, also i advice save for castoria next year around may, she will make everything easy
So oberon is for dps farming not support i'm confused how to use this guy,i got koyan so i understand how double koyan works then i got him too so what i'm gonna do with him....
You really don't want to use oberon against calvary, his only personal buff outside the Bricking skill is only a 30% np damage buff, his personal damage is very low without his skill 3, but he is stellar at Mixed knights and Lawful enemies

Well I definitely failed my Oberon Rolls though that GSSR during Year next year where his Banner there is perfect since I don't have anyone there and the other characters there are also Characters that I like too if I did not get Oberon.
@muhammadshafek9788 I mean the Extra Buster GSSR choice is perfect for me there because I don't have anyone there and I could probably get Oberon there.
I got no Reines so I'll have to wait Oberon's bond 6 for the append as she gets replaced by waver 💀 Edit: nevermind I didn't notice the 20% np start so I'll have to get his append either way 😭
I swear I swapped luck with my friend. He wanted Oberon and I just wanted barghest, I got oberon in my first ten pull he got basically a spit in the face 2 5 star CEs he already has. Anyways best of luck to ya'll

I got him np5 somehow in 25 tickets and 3 multis. 2 multis just had him back to back. Seems fair he ended up being my first np5 5 star after like 4 years of playing the game. I just used up my luck for the rest of the year for this game.
