@@lucas.lagoriaanot really a commercial failure; we don,t have actual numbers to say something like that. It did not live up to square expectations though
@@danielfernandes7970 Square Enix ALWAYS makes a big announcement when one of their games sells well, like they did with FFXVI at 3M. If Rebirth was not the case... well, its pretty clear that it didnt sell well
@@lucas.lagoriaa its failure as square sales expectation, but as a game i dont think so. Its stuck behind ps5 exclusivity and square is learned that in a hard way
Great video, but unfortunately you didn't include the critical versions of their techniques, where a small cinematic happened for a second before they do a different version of the animations. Also, the command box where the names of their techniques are in will be gold instead of green to indicate which version will be used. Aranea and Cor has critical versions of their techniques too, but I don't remember if Iris has any. If I remembered right, if you ate a meal where one of the icons of the boys are cheering, that means that's a favorite dish and they'll always have critical versions of their attacks as long as the effects last, but I might be wrong on the last part.
wait is this true??? I have 700 hundred hours in this game and I didn't know that lol. Its amazing how I just keep discovering things even after hundred of hours playing it.
@@lucas.lagoriaa That's what I remembered, man. It's been years since I last played it but when I experimented with it that's one of the things I do remember.
Which is why I always made sure to cook Ignis's favorites in the early game. Needed to abuse that critical _overwhelm_ to farm xp from tough opponents.
Thank you for all your hard work but given the pace these videos are coming out, please make sure you take breaks While they may not intend it, I am worried how 'pushy' some comments come across in the way they are written, so I'll end it with another thanks for putting out great videos
im honestly so dissapointed that ff16 doesnt even have stuff like this or any form of partner interaction. i know most of the game you dont have a companion, but you do also have some for pretty decent stretches of the game, especially if you do all the side quests first before progressing the main story. I can genuinely understand the lack of a traditional party system but you have like 0 interaction with "party members" despite them being added and removed through the story and even showing up in the UI. Torgal is the only one you can actually have help and interact with, but nobody else. Would have been cool to see Clive and Julia (or others, dont wan to spoil) do a combo attack periodically
2:22 That looked cold af, ngl. 3:00 Bro said _"Now, time to jump 'em!"_ 6:12 Bro pulled an entire kitchen out of nowhere and cooked a whole meal in the middle of a battlefield. 7:15 This counts as a family photo. If you know, you know. 9:20 Never gets old.
When they add Founder King's Sigil, it is the time for Noct to actually has a proper Limit Break. All the additions in Royal Edition or window edition should've been there in the first place.
Huh? I didn't play the game because I thought it was just a bunch of guys. I didn't realise two maidens joined at some point. No spoiler, but are they permanently available? I only played the multiplayer version. No maidens in the active party, I think, but it was fun and maybe had an enjoyable enough rest and recovery area. I don't recall well. I clicked on this thinking it was for FF14, I may have never realised there were active females in the party at some point.
putting aside the non-English voices, thank for the video. it is tough finding a video that shows the character's personal skills ( like the dual wield technique).
