I took notes while watching this and tried writing out my guesses for the answers and translations. I think I'm beginning to understand the difference between the は and がparticle better now. ありがとうごさいます!

But in the second example it would still be correct if I said only 川村さんがです(It's Kawamura) or I always have to put the adjective 川村さんがせが高いです? By the way, thanks, in my opinion, your are always the best!
@YukoSensei
@YukoSensei 3 года назад
Milvaさん、ありがとうございます。Thank you for your kind comment. The answer to your question is No, you can't. You can never separate [Adjective]+です or [Noun]+です in Japanese. If you want to shorter the response, you can drop せが which indicates the body part and go like this. 川村さんが高いです。 You can watch this lesson to learn how to use body parts to describe a human's physical characteristics. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ozpWllHZgfg.html Hope this helps!
