Sakata's initial objection does have some legal precedence to it. In the case of Terryman vs. Ashuraman and in the case of Terry the Kid vs. Scarface, both defendants changed the name of the Kinniku Buster after altering the move to be different from Kinnikuman's version, either by using multiple arms or adding a triangle hold. In Hasegawa's case, he lands on his feet instead of his ass like Kinnikuman does, so it has been modified enough to require a different name. Maybe he should've stayed a lawyer.
