harem animes are the worst incel slob out there along with isekais but i repeat myself. gintama actually has some positive depictions of masculinity and good life lessons to tell besides being funny
I like how he isnt freaked out he slept with a guy, just that it happened with one of his guy friends. Also hasegawa hitting that he was the bottom was the best part.
I love of the arc as its peak comedy, but I personally never like the trope of "it was all just a prank and everyone was in on it" especially with him starving and tied up outside for like 2 weeks
He saved their lives, he protected them, he sacrificed himself to help them multiple times, and yet they played with his heart just because he wrecked a bar when drunk....
Same here I don't like harems, like why many perfect girls will fall in love with a useless guy who will gain a golden finger in later episodes or why soo many good guys will fall in love with a not beautiful girl who doesn't even know how to speak properly 😑
During his Joi days, he used to go to the red light district with Katsura and the others. One time, he and Takasugi had a fight because they chose the same girl.
The moment that Gintoki, one of the biggest jerks of the show, taking responsibility for his one night accident better than real life humans doing the same thing on intentions makes me question society.
Of course it is lol. Not the first time One Piece had been a reference use here in Gintama. And the shadows must have been obvious. Dunno if I can say more, in case you: - haven't seen the episode yet - Gintama spoilers (anime) - One Piece spoilers (anime) But in the manga, this happened around the time after One Piece had introduced all 7 warlords, so around Marine ford war arc. (If my memory is right. I might be wrong. But back when I read several jump mangas, including Gintama, I would notice Gintama using references from other series that had recently been used or exposed in their own mangas, with a 2-4 week after release.)
Not just one piece references , gintama got the other shonen jump comedy too 🤣. I recommend u watch Gintama x Sket Dance episode which have one piece reference , they challenge each other who can find devil fruit 🤣. (Nvm my bad english)
I just hate this arc so much. Because of the last scene, I stoped watching gintama I just can't see gintoki like use to see him after what Hasegawa said
@joelroldan3276The arc is way too hilarious to me for hate and the hasegawa twist is genuinely one of the funniest thing in all of gintama (which is saying a lot) but I personally never like the whole "it was all a prank to teach the mc a lesson" trope and this one is no exception
