【Granblue Fantasy】First Impressions on Lu Woh (Grand ver.) 

Glad to see Kojima getting into granblue

Honestly dont like that the atk debuff isnt the permanent one, it makes fighting some bosses with a clear phase gain an easy 30% atk buff, hell instead of atk they should have made the field effect give healing cap to both foe and allies. With fediel field she lowers both foe and allies def but her passive makes up for it by going def yet luwoh just gives free 30% atk buff to boss for 1k heals.

Putting aside that wtf FC, They went derp on him for S3 but most probably will release a character b4 light gw to offset his downside like Lich to Fediel.

Frankly, besides the FC passive (and 30% attack up), i think his kit was quite decent. (Emphasize on decent) If i have an actual dissapointment, it probably that they make his kit is a mirror to fediel instead of creating an identity of his own.

WHAT IF, the reason his field effect has such demerit is because they plan to release a character with this effect: "If enemy has increased attack, light allies gets etc/etc/etc" to pair with Luwoh? I imagine they would pull stupid things like this

I'm glad Ewiyar is not the worst dragon.

I guess Lu woh will be on my Death fodder list for light character after pop his skill 1, skill 3 is double edge sword.

You could use rabbit and put lu woh in the back. Lu woh will spam his passive plus the rabbit buff

I have him and been using him from daily content to SUB and I have to say that field effect is severely overblown because you just attack down the boss harder. The problem comes from finding that attack down and depends if on or off ele. For example if it is on ele then you can use holiday chicken for the extra dark attack down that pushes the atk off the boss back into the negatives and his skill nukes can proc her dispels and can give def to someone (then fuck off on FA). For Levens tier (dia tier) raids you can use mist and stuff to push the attack down and summons like in Sub (where people are throwing down debuffs all the time) and just mash. I'm not saying Lu Woh is better by any means, but your DATA vs. ATK debuff example has one logical flaw. Fediel doesn't provide 100% DATA down, only 40%. So let's go with 50% for simplicity's sake. You will still get TA'd every second turn. So on average you'd still soak 10k+30k=40k dmg. Meanwhile atk debuff is fixed and the damage will always be 24k+24k=48K. Making it very consistent to plan around with. With Fediel you could either turn the dmg down to 20k or have bad RNG and face 60k. It's highly volatile. ...but when you add Fediel shield to the mix the odds are in her favour. Even more so in V2 when you can potentially spam that shield. And let's not forget Lu Woh buffing enemy ATK. Guy's trying his best to lose against Fediel lol

hes okay low to mid game as i lucked him and hes boosted my chars quite abit im just assuming as sora said, theres prolly better options alot later down the road

I think people are dissapointed for the same reason I am: He was the last one and we waited a long time for him, so we kind of expected a culmination that put him above the rest of the other dragons. Kind of how we were dissapointed with Ewi, because she doesn't hold a candle to what we expect from the Wedges. That said he's not completely terrible, but I wish he had better passives. Here's hoping his Uncap ends up making him busted.

Here to say who should give a fuck about op meta, if you want to use a character use it. Having fun is all that matters in the with the units you like
