For ibis paint beginners Notice that shapes are easy to draw? If you make a square. make it non simplified and more non simplified and more and more and more until it becomes a full sketch of a body like draw more lines to make the drawing match the full outline. Why are the colors not realistic? Well because it depends on its lighting when theres you draw a backround that has a day theme. Then the colors must be light. But if it has a night theme. The colors must be dark. U can match these comparing the canvas color to the color panel. But if u have a day theme and the item is dark. Its just a bit of altered reality. How to do lighting?. Let me get this straight. If there is a wall toward the object it must NOT be horizontal because it just doesn't make sense. The light needs to GO throught the wall toward the item. If it is placed?. Alright, it effects the lighting based on its position. So if its layed down its all light because the light USES it to make its way if it stands the light may be going throught it or no because it ALL based on the POSITION.

I like when maths can be parte of something like art, i personally don't like maths so much, but having it un art, is more interesting.

as a math nerd i must tell you it’s not pretty because it’s faster for our brains to process, it’s pretty because it’s extremely common in nature. it’s faster for our brains to process because of evolution since it’s everywhere. for anyone who is interested, look for vi hart’s doodling in math videos, they’re really fun and do a great job explaining it :) (specifically her three part series starting on pine cones)
